Sixteen instances of conflict between buyers and builders over horizontal ownership were taken up for hearing in a conciliation meeting of the Uttar Pradesh RERA on Wednesday, and amicable solutions were attained in 11 of these, officials explained.”For three instances of Supertech and a single instance of Jaiprakash Associates many choices were indicated by the conciliator to contemplate and find a workable solution to solve the issue,” RERA explained.
In one of those cases involving a complaint against Ajnara contractors that the issue had been referred back into the RERA courtroom, according to the announcement. “The prevalence for your Conciliation Forum is rising day by day. It is a forum where architects and developers meet and talk at length to find amicable solutions to get an issue,” NCR Conciliator RD Paliwal said.
The discussion has up to now received more than 600 conciliation requests, RERA explained.
The discussion had agents of homebuyers institution, CREDAI, promoters/developers along with complainants.
