Comedian Kevin Hart hospitalized after car Accident, suffers Significant back injury

Last updated on September 2, 2019

As stated by the California Highway Patrol report, Hart was riding in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda — a potent classic car — with just two other men and women in the wee hours of Sunday on Mulholland Highway in Los Angeles County.

The driver, identified as Jared Black, lost control of the vehicle and it rolled to a gully. Black, 28, and also the next passenger, net exercise version Rebecca Broxterman, were trapped indoors. Hart went for assistance.

“Hart and Black continued major spine injuries as a result of this crash and have been transported and treated in local hospitals,” Highway Patrol stated from the report.

Black, Broxterman’s fiance, was decided not to have been driving under the influence in the time of this crash.

Hart, 40, is a popular comedian and actor, famous for characters in The Secret Life of antiques and Jumanji.

He had been requested to sponsor the 2019 Oscars but pulled away when old homophobic tweets of his resurfaced.
