Cpstcpasettlement com Reviews – cpstcpasettlement.com Is Scam or Legit Website? A class action is a lawsuit in which the rights and claims of several men and women are determined in one court proceeding. Representative plaintiffs, also called”Class Representatives,” assert claims on behalf of the whole class.

The Class Representatives registered or filed this lawsuit alleging that Cavalry is accountable under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (the”TCPA”) for calls it created to mobile phones while trying to amass using what Plaintiffs assert are automatic telephone dialing systems, the Aspect Ensemble Guru system, or even the Avaya Proactive Contact 5.0 program, without permission.

Cavalry denies it violated the TCPA and specifically denies that it used an automated phone dialing system to phone any type member without prior express permission.
