F1 to hold a minute’s silence for Anthoine Hubert Before Belgium GP

Formula One will hold a Moment’s silence Before Sunday’s Belgian Grand Prix in memory of Anthoine Hubert who Had Been killed in an Accident in a Formula 2 race in the Spa-Francorchamps circuit on Saturday. The second of silence will be seen in 1453 local time (1253 GMT) on the grid prior to the race will get underway in 1510, based on an official program.

A movie paying tribute to the Frenchman are also performed on displays round the circuit.

The supporting Formula Three series, which shares the exact same paddock with Formula 2, will even hold a moment’s silence before the beginning of its next race on Sunday.

The wreck that killed Hubert happened on the next lap of this race Saturday.

He’d gone into the hurdles when Juan Manuel Correa, not able to prevent the Frenchman, collided with his car at high speed in the departure of this Spa-Francorchamps monitor’s rapid Raidillon corner.

Saturday’s Formula Two race was originally suspended prior to being abandoned.
