Israel denies planting spying Apparatus in Washington DC

Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz denied a Press report that Israel had planted listening devices in Washington DC

“Israel does not carry any espionage operations in the united states,” Katz explained. “The US and Israel share a great deal of intelligence information and work together to prevent dangers and also the strengthening of safety of the nations.”

Politico reported Thursday, mentioning three former US officials, the US arrived at the finish over the previous two years which Israel was likely responsible for placing cell-phone surveillance apparatus around the White House and other places in Washington DC.

Israel was embroiled in an espionage case in the US years ago. Jonathan Pollard, a former US navy intelligence analyst, was convicted of passing classified information to Israel and served 30 years in prison before being paroled at 2015.
