She’s looking for the sole custody of the 6-year-old daughter. She’s also demanded tracked visitation if the Avengers: Endgame celebrity is using his daughter, Ava.

She’ll shortly be submitting her records to the courtroom for altering the custody agreement. The court hearing has been scheduled for November 7 this season. The duo tied the knot at September 2014. They have married after luring their kid in 2013.

Renner at 2014 had voiced his joy of being a father and explained,”It is the best thing I’ve ever done — performing it later in life. By thenI realized a great deal of items that I wished to attain. I am so blessed for this,” he explained at the moment. I will really spend some time with family. The one thing I consider when I am not with my infant is,’How can I get to my infant?’ I want for her, and I am quite miserable when I do not watch her. I truly love being a dad,” he continued.

Shortly after the separation, the couple faced another bulge by discovering themselves engaged with a messy legal battle over the terms of their divorce, and that comprised the prosecution of Ava. In addition, one of Us Weekly’s sources stated that Renner was worried about the chance of Pacheco departing the United States using his or her little one.
