Model sues Kevin Hart for $60 million on 2017 sex tape, Celebrity accuses her of extortion

Model Montia Sabagg has sued comic Kevin Hart as well as many others to get $60 million on a 2017 tape. The 28-year-old model asserted she had been secretly captured while having consensual sex with Hart at a Las Vegas hotel room, based on papers, mentioned E! News.

Sabang accused Hart, Jonathan”JT” Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of both Las Vegas along with other relevant businesses of intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and neglect. She claimed in the lawsuit that she”had no understanding that the intimate action” portrayed in the movie of her Heart” was recorded.”

But, Hart claimed he was being extorted. Shortly afterward, Sabang held a press conference to deny that the extortion accusations.

The lawsuit claims that Hart desired to bring”added publicity and media focus” throughout the video and also”raise his general pop culture standing.”

Prosecutors said Jackson tried to market the tape to different star news sites afterward Hart declined to cover Jackson. The situation is continuing. Hart was discharged from hospital a week after undergoing spine surgery for injuries suffered because of a car crash earlier this season.
