Mourners in German funeral get high after Inadvertently eating hash cakes

Authorities in the southern city of Rostock said following the burial, the funeral celebration went into a restaurant for cake and coffee, and this is customary in Germany.

When numerous individuals experienced nausea and dizziness, a few necessitating medical therapy, the authorities investigated.

It was revealed that the restaurant worker responsible for the cakes had requested her 18-year-old daughter to bake them.

Rather than the cake baked to the funeral, the mom chose a hash cake in the freezer mistake, which authorities say was made for another event.

The incident occurred back in August but was not made public out of admiration for the mourners.

Authorities said the 18-year-old is under analysis.
