Prince William, Kate Middleton to reach Pak PM Imran Khan at Oct 15

The UK’s Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, that are advised to hit Pakistan on October 14, will meet Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi another day of the birth, Foreign Office sources here declared.

After assembly the Khan and Alvi, both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will see Lahore on October 16, coming a day after, in Chitral, Geo News quoted the sources as saying on Thursday.

Before this month, Prince William and Kate stated they were eager to go to the”beautiful” nation to satisfy its people and also to experience its own culture.

Prince William and Kate’s trip could have become the very first official visit by a part of the royal household to Pakistan because 2006 when Prince Charles and Camilla had gone into the South Asian nation.

Formerly, Queen Elizabeth II had seen in 1961 and 1997, along with the late Princess Diana in 1991.

Britain is home to over a thousand people of Pakistani origin, which makes it the biggest Pakistani diaspora in Europe,” Dawn news reported.

Bilateral trade was worth nearly $4 billion in 2017, together with the UK now Pakistan’s third-largest supply of foreign exchange after China and the Netherlands, according to Britain’s Department of International Trade.
