Resident must Finish sticker campaign against cheese Odor, German court rules

The neighbor of a German cheese mill can whine about the odor — but she is not permitted to pay her city with decals to protest the stink, a Munich court has ruled.

The woman filed a complaint concerning the odor out of a center in Bad-Heilbrunn and started a stunted effort in her area to emphasize her objection.

The person who owns this Tölzer Kasladen cheese mill, Wolfgang Hofmann, asked her to remove the stickers and the court has ruled in her favor.

She’s still permitted to state that”there’s an olfactory nuisance and that she discovers it smelly,” a courtroom spokesperson advised the DPA press bureau.

Hofmann stated he was pleased about the choice, though he’d have chosen if the girl was banned from telling folks about the odor.

“I have many stores rather than found anything like that earlier”, he advised Euronews.

However, it does not stink.”
