Robert Downey Jr isn’t a people person in first poster for Dolitte. Test it out before trailer falls

Actor Robert Downey Jr, that had been last seen from the superhero movie Avengers: Endgame, is coming to the big screen together with all the forthcoming adventure dream Dolittle. Adding to the enthusiasm of his lovers’, the celebrity shared the very first appearance poster of the movie, before its preview, which can be set to emerge on Monday.

While fans are utilized to watching the Iron Man celebrity surrounded by a range of superheroes from Marvel films, Dolittle’s poster includes Downey Jr with lots of furry critters around him. The star shared with the poster Instagram, composing,”‘Ello Butty, check back tomorrow (9a PT) for its official #DolittleMovie trailer.

The poster shows Downey Jr surrounded with a whole range of furry friends, such as a fox, polar bear, parrot, gorilla, ostrich, giraffe, and much more. The tagline reads, “He is simply not a public person,” which sets the tone to the movie.

Earlier today, Universal Pictures renamed the movie before titled The Voyage Of Doctor Dolittle to only Dolittle, reported Deadline.

The movie is billed as”a vivid reimagining of the traditional story of the guy who could speak to animals.” After dropping his wife seven years before, the bizarre Dr. John Dolittle (Downey), the set of Queen Victoria’s England, hermits away himself behind the walls of Dolittle Manor with his menagerie of exotic animals for business.

But as soon as the young queen (Jessie Buckley, Wild Rose) falls gravely ill, an unwilling Dolittle (Downey) has been made to set sail in an epic experience to some mythical island seeking a remedy, regaining his humor and courage because he strikes old adversaries and finds wondrous creatures.

The physician is connected on his epic pursuit by a youthful, self-appointed trainee (Dunkirk’s Harry Collett) and a raucous coterie of animal buddies, such as an apprehensive gorilla (Oscar-winner Rami Malek), an avid but bird-brained duck (Oscar-winner Octavia Spencer), a bickering duo of a cynical ostrich (Kumail Nanjiani) and a cheerful polar bear (John Cena) plus a headstrong parrot (Oscar-winner Emma Thompson), who’s Dolittle’s most trusted advisor.

Directed by Academy Award-winner Stephen Gaghan, Dolittle is Made by Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Susan Downey. The film is produced by Downey Jr, Sarah Bradshaw, and Zachary Roth. The movie will hit the theatres on January 17, 2020.
