The manufacturers of Ujda Chaman have launched a brand new poster featuring the brand new release date – November 1 and a brand new tagline’ Take ki pahli our Asli movie’.
While Sunny plays with a teacher experiencing premature balding, Maanvi plays with a plus-sized girl in the movie.
Ujda Chaman was scheduled to hit theaters on November 8 but discovered itself wrong-footed as manufacturers of Bala altered their movie’s launch from November 15 to November 7. Both movies are based on precisely the same idea of premature balding and the way the protagonists can’t find love.
Sunny recently opened about the struggle in an interview to PTI. He stated, “I’m away from all this. I’m doing a movie, I’m also getting to understand this movie (Bala) is sort of similar. Initially, you feel as why and how is this occurring?’ But then you believe it is fine. He is enjoying with his role, I’m playing with mine. We are actors performing our jobs.
Which movie works in the box office is just another thing. I’m only worried about respect in the audience and manufacturers. Comparisons with him will not disturb me.”
He’s super great and does this well. People have another method of doing this. I watched the similarity but that is not my phone. I have not directed it, I’m not the manufacturer. I didn’t have a notion that what I’m doing is similar to this. We did our job.”
As per a Desi Martini report, Ujda Chaman manufacturer Kumar Mangat Pathak has registered a court against the manufacturers of Bala from the Bombay High Court within the similarities between the two movies.
