A Thai soldier murdered at least 10 people in a shooting rampage on Saturday at Nakhon Ratchasima from the northwest of Thailand and remains at large, authorities said.
The soldier opened fire at various places in town, which is over 250 kilometers (155 miles) from Bangkok, police spokesman Kissana Phathanacharoen stated in an article to colleagues.
The shooter stayed near a shopping mall and hadn’t been apprehended, the authorities said.
The local press showed footage of this soldier getting from a vehicle before a shopping mall and shooting a string of shots, sending people running. Gunshots could be heard in the movie.
