Twitter on Thursday declared a new emoji enabling its customers to control how large the diyas fire burns off during Diwali.
The emoji — Diya or acrylic lamp, when seen lightly would seem with a little fire. But, keeping per the soul of this festival of lights, audiences might possess the fire burn brighter by shifting around to Twitter’s dim manner.
Twitter’s dark style is made up of two variants, “dim” and”lights out”. The former is currently available across the internet, iOS, and Android, although the latter was accessible on the internet and iOS, and rolled on Android this past week.
“Lights Out” manner can conserve battery life on these devices with OLED displays, enhances readability during the night, and increased accessibility for people with specific kinds of visual handicaps.
It would also leave in languages such as Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil and Telugu enabling a varied group of individuals to celebrate Diwali and combine the public dialog.
