Even though 35-year-old Du Plessis stays the captain of the Test side, Nkwe gave sufficient indications that South Africa would like to unveil new blood moving into the next year’s World T20 at Australia.

But he had no troubles in recognizing that India is going to be powerful in their own backyard.
“Yes, we would like to walk off with a series win and expect the whole squad is extremely determined. We’re here in order to win and we know that India’s position is powerful in their garden but we will give hundred per cent,” that the Interim Director added.
“I’ve been here but have not played with here. The previous time we had been here, the wicket did perform quite nicely,” he explained.
“I believe Rohit really got a hundred here however we ended up down it. So from the 1 match I have experienced , can be a fantastic wicket. But we’re coming to the unknown and we’d love to adapt very fast.”
